Beginning on 5th March there will be contractors using machinery working in certain areas of the Park to remove  the invasive species rhododendron ponticum. They will be around for about 3 weeks and for safety you should avoid the areas in work.

There will be signage indicating the areas effected and if you come across them you should obey the instructions of the workers.

The areas being work on are shown in the map below.

Avoid these areas and please take particular care to keep animals under close control if in the vicinity.
