Following our recent AGM and recent discussions with Parkrun, we are hoping to hold a fundraising stall with the usual tombola, cake sale etc as well as selling hot drinks.

 

We would like to have a stall in the Park on Saturday 18th November - which coincides with the birthday of Plean ParkRun.

 

The stall would help boost our bank balance as well as provide a welcome cuppa for runners as well as any other park users on the day.

 

However as with most things in the park, we can't do this without the help of volunteers on the day, and whilst November may be a bit far away for some in terms of planning, it does however give some notice if you felt able to commit to this date and put it in your diary.

 

Volunteers needed to help with :

 

• Setting up and de rigging the gazebo and tables
• Manning the stall and serving drinks
• Producing home made goods – cakes, tablet, jam etc
• Donation of Tombola items

For as much or as little time you can commit to.
